These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Elduvra platform, including all features, content, quizzes, learning materials, and services made available through tovaqau.pro. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Your use of the platform constitutes your agreement to these Terms of Use and any additional policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other individuals who access or use the platform in any capacity.
Elduvra reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the platform independently. If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, you may only use the platform with the explicit consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable eligibility requirements.
Elduvra does not knowingly collect information from or direct services to children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a user under 13 has registered, we will take steps to remove that account and associated data.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Creating an Account
Certain features of the platform require you to register for an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3.2 Account Security
You must notify Elduvra immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of security. Elduvra will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
3.3 Account Termination
Elduvra reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct deemed harmful to the platform, other users, or third parties.
4. Platform Use and Permitted Activities
The platform is intended for personal, non-commercial educational use related to financial planning and trading knowledge. You may access and use platform content solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
- Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written authorization
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its underlying systems
- Introduce malware, viruses, or any other malicious code
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform without permission
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
- Use automated tools to interact with the platform without explicit written consent from Elduvra
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership
All content on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, quiz content, course materials, software, and interactive elements, is the exclusive property of Elduvra or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5.2 Limited License
Elduvra grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal educational purposes. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, reproduce, or create derivative works from any platform content.
5.3 User-Submitted Content
If you submit, upload, or otherwise contribute any content to the platform, you grant Elduvra a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the operation and improvement of the platform. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.
6. Educational Content Disclaimer
All content provided on the platform, including quizzes, lessons, and materials related to financial planning and trading, is intended solely for educational and informational purposes. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.
Elduvra does not guarantee any specific outcomes from participation in platform activities. Users are solely responsible for any decisions made based on information accessed through the platform. You should consult a qualified financial professional before making any financial decisions.
7. Gamification and Interactive Features
The platform may include points, badges, leaderboards, progress indicators, and other gamified elements designed to enhance engagement and learning. These elements have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for any real-world benefit unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion governed by separate terms.
Elduvra reserves the right to modify, reset, or remove gamification features at any time without notice or liability.
8. Fees and Payments
Certain features or content on the platform may require payment. All fees will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorize Elduvra to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Elduvra does not store payment card details. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and subject to the refund policy in effect at the time of purchase, available upon request at [email protected].
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services. These links are provided for convenience only. Elduvra does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites or services. Your use of third-party resources is at your own risk and subject to the terms of those third parties.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described therein.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
11.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Elduvra does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content on the platform.
11.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elduvra and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall Elduvra's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the platform exceed the amount you paid to Elduvra in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or PLN 500, whichever is greater.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elduvra and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Modifications to the Platform
Elduvra reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time, with or without notice. This includes adding or removing features, content, or services. Elduvra shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform.
14. Governing Terms and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law. In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation by contacting Elduvra at [email protected].
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction in the location of Elduvra's registered office.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Elduvra regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations relating to the same subject matter.
